Accomodation
The ATVA conference will be held at Hana Square on the Korea University campus which is easily reached on Seoul Metro Line #6, Anam station, Exit #4. Seoul metro lines are color coded and easy to use, and English announcements are made at each stop. Visit http://www.seoulmetro.co.kr for the detailed navigation information.



You are requested to take care of your own hotel reservation, but we have negotiated the following three hotels for special rates at about $100~$120 a night. (Regular rates are higher.) Please mention that you are coming to ATVA2008 when requesting the special rate. Also note that breakfast is not included.



All the hotels below provide wired Internet access.

Holiday Inn Seongbuk

This hotel is located nearby Korea university, and the conference site is only about 15 minutes away on foot. There are not much of "tourist" attractions nearby, though.

IBIS Seoul

Located nearby COEX (probably the largest underground shopping complex in Seoul), it takes about 30 minutes of metro ride to Anam station using metro (Samsung station, Line #2 -> Transfer at Shin-dang station, Lines #2/#6 -> Anam station #6).

We are provided 20 rooms for the special price until the end of September.

IBIS Myeongdong

Myungdong, one of the best-known shopping district place in Seoul, is popular to both Koreans and foreign visitors. Countless number of shops as well as other popular destinations (e.g., Seoul city hall and Cheong-Gye-chon http://english.seoul.go.kr/cheonggye) are all within the walking distance. Subway lines #2 and #4 can be easily reached from the hotel.
